Hotel Heini has been delighting guests since 1979 – and we, the Röck family, have been its enthusiastic hosts since then. Irma and Heini built the hotel together. Today, Katrin sets the overall tone. Supported by an amazing, organised team, we keep the show on the road with heart and soul: a friendly hello, open mind and an honest smile. That’s why it always feels a bit like family here.
The Röcks keep rocking!
Four brains, an abundance of ideas and passion for hospitality: that’s us! Heini is the man of the house and responsible for the practical side. In winter, he’s also zipping down the slopes as a ski instructor, gives private lessons and knows where the best slopes are. Irma is actually a native of Villnöss, but love drew her to the Valle Aurina and so she remained.
With her lively personality, positive energy and irrepressible joie de vivre, she is there for our guests throughout the day and is always attentive. As junior chef, Katrin is very much in control. The reception is her domain – although you will see her everywhere in the hotel. Petra is the maestro when it comes to winding down: She learned yoga in India, and at Hotel Heini, she'll be happy to get you into the flow upon request. .

A very special highlight at Hotel Heini is the personal service provided by senior manager Heini. As an experienced and passionate ski instructor, Heini never misses an opportunity to accompany his guests onto the slopes himself in winter. Discover the most beautiful runs with a true local.
A small but strong team
The four of us make a great team. But without our staff in the rooms and in service, our hotel would only run half as smoothly. Many of them have been here forever, it seems, and some know the guests almost as well as their own friends. In any case, they know what it takes to make you feel at home at Hotel Heini.
