Privacy

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy notice we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

General
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Web server log
For the smooth operation of the website and, where necessary, for error correction, web servers generally create logs in which IP addresses are stored. Like many other companies, we operate our website via the servers of a professional service provider. Although IP addresses alone do not constitute personal data, in theory they could be associated with individuals with the help of tracking tools. In addition, the time, browser type and page visited are stored. These logs are deleted after one month.

Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

We do not pass on this data without your consent. Please also refer to our privacy policy.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offering more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Web analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider of Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by users. The information generated is transmitted to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised by deleting the last eight bits. This only allows for a rough localisation.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is the improvement of our services and our online presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.
